RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

• In case of refund , the shipping of delivering fees is not included.
• Returning and exchange shipping delivering fees are the customer responsibility.
• The items must be in NEW/ORIGINAL condition and not used.
• You must not take out the tags or stickers on the item.
• ltems that will exchange or return must have all it contains.
• You must have order number or invoice.
• ltems thats under sales cannot be returned.
• ltems can be exchanged within 4 days from the day you receive the order.
• ltems can be returned within 2 dayas from the you receive the order.
